A team will soon be convened that will coordinate the processes necessary for implementation. The team will work with each division, unit, and office of the University to identify the divisions, units, and offices that will assume leadership in advancing each strategy, the specific actions and activities needed to complete each strategy, a time-frame for doing so, and the indicators/metrics that will be considered in determining success.
