Planning at the University is continuous and complex and it is integrated into other University processes. Educating Illinois articulates the University's mission, vision, values, goals, and actions. Planning done by the University's divisions and units is in alignment with the University's strategic plan. The other plans further operationalize and advance the goals of Educating Illinois.
The Board of Trustees Vision Statement 2014 also plays an important role in the direction that the planning process proceeds towards. This vision statement can be found below along with a link to a portal that includes University-wide plans and reports.
